Day 4: A memory and hands

Let your agent look things up and write things down, so it does real work.

Today's simple steps

  1. Make a short FAQ doc in Google Docs.
  2. Make a Lead Log in Google Sheets.
  3. Pick an AI model that can use tools.
  4. Add your FAQ as knowledge and the Lead Log as a tool.
  5. Tell the agent about its tools in your instructions, then preview.

What you'll see working

Your agent answers from your FAQ and a new row appears in your Lead Log sheet.
