Bring your form and your instructions together in Zapier so your agent can read and sort new messages.
Today's simple steps
- Sign up for Zapier. New accounts currently get a free 14 day trial of the Professional plan with no credit card, and the rest of the course fits inside it.
- Create a Zap and set the trigger to Google Forms, New Form Response.
- Add an AI by Zapier step and paste in your instructions, with the form's name and message fields.
- Add output fields for a category (Hot, Warm or Just Looking) and a reply draft.
- Click Preview.
What you'll see working
The AI reads your test form response and gives back a category and a reply. Your agent can think.
