Day 5: Turn it on

Let your agent write reply drafts in Gmail, keep yourself in control with an approval step, and go live.

Today's simple steps

1. Add Gmail, Create Draft as a tool, with the To address taken from the form so it can't guess.
2. Turn on Require approval before running, your safety switch.
3. Update your instructions to create the draft.
4. Test the whole Zap, then publish it.
5. Send a new pretend form message and approve the step when Zapier asks.

What you'll see working

A real reply waiting in your Gmail Drafts folder, created only after you approved it. Nothing is sent until you send it.
